These social posts were a part of our " clean house," where we rebranded Johnnie O to be more of a lifestyle brand while also increasing their female reach. These mockups were sleek, and had a family oriented feel that seems welcoming for all audiences which was apart of how we wanted to change the brand.

The journey map of the consumer explains the process that goes on from the time they learn of the brand to the last thought they have of it. It is crucial for understanding consumer behavior.

The empathy map shows what consumers go through in the decision making process when choosing a brand. It shows why they make decisions and helps us make marketing decisions to target those feelings.

Target Persona

The target persona is necessary when developing target strategies to reach consumers that fit this mold.
